If you want to uninstall PH completely, then it's best to use a third-party remover such as Revo Uninstaller (there's a freeware version that's really good), set it on Advanced, and let it point out what leftovers the regular uninstaller left behind.

As is the "rule" with Windows applications, they always leave stuff in the user's (hidden) AppData folders, in case you want to reinstall later. In the case of PH, there's also a service running, and a kernel driver installed along with the program itself, all things Revo will take care of for you, by killing the executable, the service (you'll have to disable it manually after uninstalling PH, but that's fairly easy with services.msc or via Task Manager under Services), and disabling the driver (you can delete it manually too, with admin rights, since it's in the Windows\System32\drivers folder).

You need to reboot after the uninstall but you don't see a message prompt in the legacy installer :?
