[Recommended] - Color change in Services + Code

Hi, I would like to propose a change in the coloring of Disabled + Stopped services. I think that Highlighting should be removed altogether, and instead change the forecolor Current Color Formatting: (even harder to read as changing the Highlighting of Disabled Services to a lighter color) https://i...

Re: Command line version for handles

It would be even better to extract the code (without the GUI) that is used in "Find handles" to a component / library / DLL that is usable by other programs. I would like to use it in a C# application. During my research I have found tons of posts from people that are looking for a similar API in m...

Re: [Help] Cannot compile in Release mode (LNK1181), but Debug works well ?

I've just installed it via Visual Studio, but still no luck with Release-specific compiling

Did the following:

appwiz.cpl --> Visual Studio --> Change --> Invidiual components (tab) --> Scroll down half way to the group: " Compilers, build tools, and runtimes" --> Check: Windows Universal CRT SDK

Hmm, would I not already have this installed if I have Visual Studio already?

Hmm ok I’ll try it, thanks for the quick reply dmex!
Did it work?

No luck yet. I downloaded and installed this - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... ows-10-sdk
by checking all checkboxes, but no difference in being able to get past that linker error.

[Help] Cannot compile in Release mode (LNK1181), but Debug works well ?

I've downloaded the latest code from the github https://github.com/processhacker/processhacker and I can compile fine in Debug (for Win32 and x64). However when switching to Release, the linker complains about noarg.obj: " Error LNK1181 cannot open input file 'noarg.obj' " I've removed it from both ...

Re: Protect a process or make unreadable after njecting Dll (its for an anti-cheat)

Who's to say that the anti-engine doesn't have other logic if the process cannot be opened? And this is assuming it doesn't have a support driver to bypass any user-mode hooks (such as if you hooked the API within the anti-engine itself) You will probably have to develop something at the kernel leve...

Services -- Orange highlight and no longer greyed text for not running?

I am trying to figure out what happened on the services tab for the newer nightly builds of PH. Older nightly builds showed the text greyed out for stopped services (and drivers). But now that seems gone, and it seems that PH orange highlights services which I don't understand why. Any ability to st...

Re: Plugins-Extra

Question: could the PH download with a folder or zip file of these plugins compiled for x86 and x64? Or at least, have the compiled dll plugins for nightly builds under GitHub releases. I feel like this would greatly simplify things rather than trying to setup the SDK and manually compiling.
