Re: Disk tab doesn't work with PrimoCache

You could try the Memory Maped IO graphs of Task Explorer https://github.com/DavidXanatos/TaskExp ... ag/v0.9.25 this bypasses windows cache and shows real disk data rates.

Is there a way to get the PID in the firewall tab?

I was trying out the firewall plugin yesterday, an noticed it does not show the PID of of the logged events, it seams that FwpmNetEventSubscribe does not provide that at a first glance, what a major fail on MSFT's side, why wouldn't they provide that?! or is there some undocumented way to get the PI...

Re: GPU Engine

You see, my opinion is the exact opposite, for me the way PH displays the information's is not convenient at all. I like to see for individual processes which sockets they have open, PH shows me only a global list, not convenient, not convenient at all. With my tool you just click on the process you...

Re: GPU Engine

Well its under development, its not even version 1.0, so some functions are obviously missing.

But those "Cosmetic only" are what brings you the "GPU Adapter" column and many more useful information which other vice would be only very cumbersome to access.

Re: GPU Engine

the GPU column shows GPU usage, not the GPU adapter which the process uses. Needed when you ave a laptop with a onboard and a dedicated GPU or a PC with multiple GPU's or a eGPU. etc anyhow, my TaskExplorer has this feature: https://github.com/DavidXanatos/TaskExplorer/releases

Re: MMapIO statistics and more

Yes they are the same, I ran Task Info and my Task explorer for a month side by side and they always showed the same values for MMapedIO, NetStatisticsGet is only used for the client/server plots showing the samba data rates. Great to hear that you've added the values, but it would be even greater i...

Changing a process's tocken after it started

Hello, I'm looking into the windows Access Tokens situation and mostly it should not change after a process started, but apparently there are ways to mess with that: https://github.com/processhacker/processhacker/issues/455 So now since PhOpenProcessToken and below functions are responsible for it s...

MMapIO statistics and more

It would be great when process hacker would have the ability to show stats for what the tool TaskInfo calls MMapIO TaskInfos FileIO graph is the same as ProcessHackers IO statistics, and if one uses any of thees tools for a longer period of time one notices that not all disk access is represented by...

New UI for ProcessHacker Library

In case there is someone interested in a new GUI for the process hacker library, here is one: https://github.com/DavidXanatos/TaskExplorer/releases/tag/v0.0.7 The UI layout is inspired by the old tool TaskInfo which unfortunately seams abandoned since 2012 and it being closed source means its dead. ...

Re: More detailed System Info display

That how it should look: Unbenannt.png well its a start  Simple plan, use PHlib and make a Qt based UI that looks like TaskInfo. Bonus, the UI would be platform independent so one might develop a linux backend to be use instead of PHlib. Since there are no good task managers for linux that ...

Re: More detailed System Info display

Right click the process and select Properties to view this information. That is per process, but i would like a graph with a total value, sometimes when there are to much of those resources used applicators start to crash so it would be nice to see a global value to be able to assess if that is the...

More detailed System Info display

Hi, I recently started using Process Hacker as an replacement for Task Info, and I am missing some features, one of them being a much more detailed system info section: ti.png in this screen you see in addition to just CPU, RAM usage and FileIO many additional information: Usage of swap file and vir...
