Re: Process Hacker as Service

Complicated problem: When you run a SYSTEM service in session 1, Synaptics Touchpad Enhancements don't work for them, so scrolling becomes weird on a laptop. You can't start the SynTPEnh.exe process in the same way, because it's already running in a different account in the same session, so it refus...

Re: Problem w/ DrawThemeBackground(LVP_LISTITEM, LVIS_SELECT

Well, I didn't do it manually.. my code is like: class CMyTreeListView : public CWindowImpl<CMyTreeListView>, public CCustomDraw<CMyTreeListView>, public CThemeImpl<CMyTreeListView> { CMyTreeListView() { this->SetThemeClassList(VSCLASS_LISTVIEW); this->SetThemeExtendedStyle(THEME_EX_THEMECLIENTEDGE)...

Re: Problem w/ DrawThemeBackground(LVP_LISTITEM, LVIS_SELECT

My bad, that's a typo on my part (I'd implemented CThemeImpl and accidentally replaced "this" with "hwnd").

It's correct in the code though.

DrawThemeBackground

For some reason, when I try to draw a themed ListView selection background in a custom control: DrawThemeBackground(hwnd, hdc, LVP_LISTITEM, LISS_SELECTED, itemRect, &rcPaint); it draws a simple border around the rectangle, but I don't get the light-blue Explorer-style highlight. Any ideas what ...

DirectUI Windows?

Kinda random, but does anyone happen to know if there is any (even partial) information on how to use the undocumented dui70.dll APIs? They seem pretty cool. :)

Re: Bug PhOpenProcess

Well technically that's an internal implementation issue we shouldn't be relying on...

but then again, so is the rest of the program lol

Site doesn't remember me

Whenever it's been a few days since I last signed into the forums, I seem to need to enter my password... even though I've told it to remember me.

Is there any way to make it actually remember me?

Re: GPU Frequency?

It seems like nvapi.dll has some stuff...
http://code.google.com/p/aspia/source/b ... l/nvidia.c
http://open-hardware-monitor.googlecode ... a/NVAPI.cs

Speccy apparently gets the GPU frequency from nvapi.dll. Do you think it'd be feasible to implement it in PH?

Don't skip processes?

Would it be possible to use callback notifications (like PsSetCreateProcessNotifyRoutine) to add a row whenever a process is created? Sometimes I need to figure out the exactly what is executing on the system (along with its command line), but often the 0.5-s interval is nowhere near close enough. (...

Removing the Post-Vista hacks regarding listview row height?

I think it would be nice if we could disable the
Context->RowHeight += 1; // HACK
stuff for the list views through some option -- some people would probably prefer density over visual appeal.
Idk, just a thought. :)

GPU Frequency?

Not sure if it's easy or hard, but if it's not too hard, displaying the GPU frequency would be a nice improvement. :)
