2.39 fails to start on Windows 7/64-bit in user mode

Mon Apr 04, 2016 7:44 pm

Version 2.39.124
- it fails silently to start in user mode
- application verifier 10.0 (x64) says that there is a bug with handles
- this is a show stopper
- it starts in administrative mode
- able to run multiple instances (?)
- click Properties of a process and take a view on the opening windows. Close it -> crash under application verifier (occurred with the previous version too, I had no time to report this)

How did you open process properties if it "fails silently to start"?

I experiecen a simillar problem.
Buth this migth not be directly related to the latest version.

Since some tima A recognise that PH2 does not startup during the system startup/login.
The start option is set in PH2 and I can verify that this is also set in the registry under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
I can start PH2 afterwards with no problems manually.

I can not tell if this is an issue with PH" or maybe with the virus scanner.
