VAC banned by Process Hacker

Hello PH guys. :P
I found this interesting bug/glitch on the newest release; it didn't happened before.

I cannot leave Process Hacker opened anymore, without getting VAC kicks every 30 minutes.
I already know it's not Windows's or external software fault, since I already checked everything. After closing Process Hacker, the VAC just stopped the random kicks.

The error message from the VAC is: "Either an issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system or you are unable to maintain a stable connection to the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers."

What is actually causing this strange behavior?

I'm already aware of that, since I read the "VAC authentication error" support page like 8435739487 times.

But, again, why is the new version having this such bad behavior with Steam?
Installing an old version of Process Hacker solved the problem, the newer one just "disturbs" the VAC.

Are you sure installing the old version solved the issue?

Yes I am. Tried multiple times with the same result.
The NEW version of PH triggers the VAC, while the older ones don't.

My PC died the same day you sent the dev version of PH. :D
It works now, some capacitors just randomly blew up.

I'll try it tomorrow, thanks!

Back from the testing.

Yep it worked, this dev version doesn't seem to trigger the VAC anymore. :o

I'm still waiting to hear back from Valve (2 months later) :?

What's so exciting about VAC and secure servers? Why can't they fix their software instead? It can even be part of the gameplay! :D

Would they ban a game about a movie-like version of PH?
"Process Hacker: No laws, no limits. The only goal is win."

:D

CS:GO.
Can I install development version over stable version and later update with 2.38 stable version? I'm asking just to know if I will need to do a clean installation later.

Yes

EDIT: 2.37 stable has been released: viewtopic.php?f=1&p=7056#p7056

Please update to that version and let us know if you're still having issues.

I hope its actually gonna work, but I suspect they're just using hash black lists (which is strange since PH has signed driver which is easier to track). So shortly after release I expect problems again. Source of my doubts.

So what? Process Hacker is a debugger, but from the point of view of developers VAC is evil because Mr. Mikhalkov N.S. promoting notorious "tax on ingot" said "... in the computer, phones, the HDD, printers and other digital devices, users can store or reproduce the copyrighted work, therefore they need to charge a tax for potential copyright infringement! ..." :) then the same logic - can potentially disrupt. Useless to fight - these guys will not listen to you.
