2 instances when only 1 allowed

Even with the "Allow only one instance" option enabled the program opens 2 instances. The program is set to start with windows via a registry entry and directly pointing to the file (probably I did the second one manually), so I suppose the second instance opens before the first is fully loaded causing the bug.

Windows NT version: Couldn't find something more exact. updated Windows 7 SP1.
Crash dumps: There are no crash dumps.
