  7. Not sure why (and I doubt this is even PH’s fault…), but the last few times I’ve updated/re-installed my Nvidia gpu driver it reset my Process Hacker settings. Reason I said I doubt it’s PH’s fault is because for the last 3 years or so (I got the card christmas 2017), 8/10 driver udpates now crash/hang (fuzzy snow screen — even though when am forced to power down and reboot it shows the driver was installed..). Lately when this happens it resets my PH settings, though. If you or anyone here knows anything that might help I’d be grateful. For now, though, I just started keeping a backup of the settings file.

Anyway, I also wanted to say – Process Hacker is probably my favorite desktop/windows application of all time. It’s one of a few must-install-instantly programs for each fresh Windows install, and I can’t think of another utility/app I’ve gotten more use out of (and I’m not even a developer – most of what I’m sure are the more useful parts are well over my head). I used the sysinternals PE before finding PH right around when it came out, but for some reason I like Hacker 10x more. PLEASE never let this project die! 🙂
